Cut a 6 1/2 x 1 1/4-inch strip from desired cardstock or printed
paper.

Tea-Bag Folded Flower
Cut folded piece in half along vertical line (Photo 5). Repeat with
remaining circles. Refold half of the circle pieces reversing the
folds, so that all cut pieces have folds in the same direction.
