OFFICIAL RULES: 2012 COUNTRY SAMPLER SHOPPING SPREE CONTEST                       

No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Limit one entry per household. To enter, complete and return the bound-in official entry card, enter online at www.countrysampler.com or write your name, address, phone number and email address on a 31/2" x 5" postcard and mail to: Country Sampler Shopping Spree Giveaway, c/o Country Sampler, PO Box 4127, St. Charles, IL 60174. Entries must be received by January 31, 2013. Neither Country Sampler nor its agencies are responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible or postage-due mail. All entries become the property of Country Sampler, LLC and none will be returned. The giveaway is open to residents of the U.S. and Canada age 21 and older. Employees of Country Sampler, LLC, Annie's, affiliated companies, agents, advertising/promotional suppliers and the immediate families of each may not enter. All applicable federal, state and local laws apply. Void where prohibited. Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about February 7, 2013, and will be notified by phone and/or mail. Prizes consist of: One grand prize -- a $500 Shopping Spree through the Country Sampler Craft Fair. One first prize -- a $100 Shopping Spree through the Country Sampler Craft Fair. 25 second prizes -- one J. Gruber’s 2013 Garden and Farm Almanac (valued at $4.99 each).

Winners may be obligated to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity releases within 14 days of notification. In the event of noncompliance with this requirement, prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. If prize is returned to Country Sampler, LLC as undeliverable, it will be awarded to an alternate winner. Acceptance of a prize shall constitute and signify the winner’s agreement and consent that Country Sampler, LLC may use the winner’s name, address, likeness and/or prize information without limitation for promotional purposes without any further consideration or payment. Winner agrees that the prize is awarded upon the condition that Country Sampler, LLC and its respective agencies or employees shall have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize.

Taxes and any unforeseen additional shipping charges of prize are the responsibility of the winner. Prize value is based on shipping to continental U.S. destinations. Only one prize per household or address. No prize or cash substitutions allowed. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
